Atribuição dos Direitos Autorais
The submission of an article by the authors implies that they are solely responsible for the content of the texts, should the article be published.
The journal does not restrict the management of copyright by the authors. The authors retain the copyright of their articles and grant the journal the right of first publication, and the author must attach or digitally sign a copyright statement and a declaration of conflict of interest to Academicus Magazine.
In this sense, the published articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0), which allows others to give credit, report changes without suggesting endorsement, cannot commercialize the material or distribute the modifications made and does not apply measures that limit what the license allows.
Academicus Magazine does not tolerate the practice of plagiarism or self-plagiarism, therefore, authors must guarantee the originality of the manuscripts and if they use literary works or articles by other authors, that they are duly cited, otherwise, the manuscript will be rejected and/or returned for re-evaluation by the author.
