Liderança Organizacional: Uma Revisão Integrativa

O presente artigo oferece uma revisão das principais abordagens de liderança organizacional: transformacional, transacional, servidora e autêntica. Cada estilo de liderança é explorado em termos de suas características distintas, benefícios percebidos e desafios associados. A liderança organizacional enfatiza inspiração e mudança, enquanto a liderança transacional se concentra em recompensas e conformidade. Por outro lado, a liderança servidora prioriza o bem-estar e o desenvolvimento dos seguidores. A comparação entre essas abordagens destaca a importância de escolher e adaptar o estilo de liderança de acordo com as necessidades específicas e a cultura organizacional, visando promover uma liderança eficaz e inclusiva.
